I understand what you mean. I check all the knitted/crocheted items in shops to see their craftsmanship. Usually widely produced items are not as well made as homemade items

I love buying hats,  I always have but since starting to crochet more seriously I am becoming so critical. I actually feel like it's a little snobbish of me. But I guess how many they manufacture and at the price the quality isn't as good.

I buy both comics and graphics. It really depends on how much I missed. I bought the Wonder woman graphic because I missed all the starting issues. Though I'd just wait for the second one to be brought out but that probably won't happen for months. I spend anything from £15-50 a week in my local comic book shop  (depends on if I buy any graphics or manga)
