I'm a small fan of the "everyone in the room laughing at the guy who could absolutely whoop them but chooses not to" trope and that happened in The Black Prince by Ariana Nash. All the other dragons think this newcomer is the same strength rank or even weaker than they are…he isn't.

If I had a nickle for every time I read a work with an older brother, who is regarded as the golden child, who also secretly uses cruel methods to protect their younger brother from their parent's hate and abuse..... I would have two nickles.

Which isn't a lot but it sort of touches my heart that it happened twice. 🥺🥹😭

Mercredi 31 octobre : Redon et Rennes

Comme indiqué précédemment, je décide pour rentrer de Nantes de passer par Redon et Rennes. Je choisis un trajet avec correspondance à Redon, me laissant un petit de temps pour faire quelques photos dans cette gare, et notamment ma première d’une Z 21700, les ZTER modifiées pour rouler à 200 km/h et équipés de TVM.

À Rennes, beaucoup de Régio2N, qui entourent les rames TGV Atlantique, Duplex, et Océane. Et une gare toujours en travaux !

Only Zane can save Akiem's sanity and give him comfort and love. Dude has literally been traumatized since Day 1.

Akiem used to despise elves and feel they were beneath him, because that was the environment he was raised in. Now, he understands how his brother Lysander feels.
