Finally unpacked from #akon2017! This was my 25th A-Kon, and to celebrate this milestone, here is the shirt I bought at my first, Project A-Kon 4, next to the new shirt I got at this one, A-Kon 28. I have so many great memories, having attended the Kon as a dealer, cosplayer, industry guest, and most recently, staff head. #TBT One of my first cosplays, in honor of Throwback Thursday, Jeannie Jackal the Jackal-girl, Project A-Kon 4, 1993 (my first con!). This was the company mascot for a friend's business, Happy Jackal Graphics, so it was basically a Daicon Bunny Girl idea, but as a jackal. (The name was also a pun based on a local newscaster.) Ears & tail were made by @joeartguy, the wig was from Frederick's of Hollywood and I was unrecognizable out of it.
