@loyaltycollared asked:
“what is the best type of cheese?”
Weird Questions || Accepting
“Well, best anything is subjective, but it also depends on what you want to use it for. There’s a big difference between fresh and hard cheeses, and their uses.”
“If you’re looking for a Parmigianino-Reggiano type, then it’s probably Grana Padano. For a fresh, soft type it’s hard to go wrong with a buffalo-milk burrata. Dutch blue is mild and a good place to start if you’re not used to those kind of flavors and want to try something new. Really, it’s a matter of personal taste. Best thing to do is sample ‘em, most smaller artisanal shops will let you. You can even find unique things like coconut-milk gouda.”
