About Kyra Brown: She is the Founder/ Fashion CEO/ Creative Appeal Director Resilient Grace . Having a love for history and a desire to one day own her own business since childhood, she graduated from college in 2014 with a B.A. in history and a desire to see black women’s stories told in an uplifting way. After working in retail and marketing, she created Resilient Grace in 2018 as a space to merge her love for fashion and history, telling the often overlooked stories of black heroines who were left out of our textbooks in schools.
