Why Should You Be Focusing More On Your Mental Health Than Your Physical Health??
In this time of lockdown, it is really hard to focus on our physical health and also our mental health. Many people are losing their jobs, so it is relatable why mental health has come to the foreground.
There is many news of celebs or even normal people committing suicide because of depression and honestly it is a lot to bear. It is not easy to come out of a bad state of mind and that is the reason why I will be including mental health tips also in this blog.
Well you will be surprised if I tell you that you won’t be worried about your body size if you are happy in your life. Well trust me, I know a lot of people who are really fat or really slim who just enjoy their life.
I am not saying you should not be focusing on your physical health. But all I am saying is that if you have a happy mind, you won’t be needing any other medicine in your life. Also, a happy mind leads to a happy body.
Find what soothes your mind. Be it music, jogging, chatting with friends or any other thing. But Please Don’t Stop Taking Your Mental Health Seriously Too!
So guys just learn to be calm and happy in all situation. And keep hope that we will come out of this situation safe and sound.
If your reason isn’t big enough, then your excuses will be.
