Zombie virus outbreak in lyari.
Yalina becomes a doctor and is working late night in the hospital a very sick looking patient arrived but they couldn't save him. The patient is put ij the morgue and from there starts the outbreak, the morgue workers are turned first, there's a red alert everyone is trying to evacuate but its too late, the bitten are now out of the hospital and on the streets of lyari biting anyone in sight. Dr. Yalina managed to save herself but she's still trapped in the hospital.
Jameel ji finds out, he sends rehman and gang to rescue her.
But will they survive?
Who will get turned into a half-dead brain-eater?
Will yalina make it out safely? Or is the last argument she had with jameel ji about moving to Vancouver the last conversation of their life?
