Several of these have listed "contributing to the delinquency of a minor". Who's the minor in question?
That would be Alan! Whom I might just rename Anatole after all (long story) because the current name scans the same as another pack member. :|c He’s technically a runaway after his father killed his mom and forced him to become a skinwalker and Alan in turn killed and ate his father. I’m-a use this as an excuse to do the thing~
Full Name: Alan James Dorner (I’m totally not married to this z_z)
Gender and Sexuality: Male, ostensibly heterosexual but curious.
Pronouns: Traditional masculine
Ethnicity/Species: Originally written as white American mutt but I’m not married to that either; he doesn’t need to be white so there’s a strong chance he won’t be; human/skinwalker
Birthplace and Birthdate: Baltimore, MD; 22 December 1992
Guilty Pleasures: Playing childish pranks on people he catches asleep.
Phobias: Not sure if it counts per se but he’s had nightmares about his father finding him since he was little, and they persist well after his father’s death.
What They Would Be (In)Famous For: Being one of the Hellhounds’ youngest spirit callers in generations and contributing to the end of the world.
What They Would Get Arrested For: Underaged drinking, driving without a license, drug use, homicide, cannibalism, aggravated assault, grand theft auto (what can I say, the pack steals cars and drives them across state lines a lot), arson, larceny, breaking & entering, vehicular manslaughter, arson, destruction of government property, using counterfeit documents, resisting arrest, and probably other things I haven’t come up with yet or am forgetting.
OC You Ship Them With: Frankly none given he’s underage at the story’s beginning.
OC Most Likely To Murder Them: Mason, if he were to act on his jealousy.
Favorite Movie/Book Genre: Sci-fi/action.
Least Favorite Movie/Book Cliche: Supposed orphan finds their parents and everything is hunky-dory.
Talents and/or Powers: He’s a skinwalker, so there’s the whole shapeshifting, curses, spirit world, rituals thing. He’s also a trueseer, which means he can see spiritual phenomena like possession, ghosts, “demonic” influence, and the spirit-skin of other skinwalkers.
Why Someone Might Love Them: This poor duckling. As much as he wants others to believe he’s capable, he’s actually quite needy and thoroughly frightened, constantly uncertain of where he stands or what the future holds. This leads him to a desperation for the approval of a replacement parent figure which in turn leads to certain ingratiating behaviours subconsciously designed to create an emotional bond.
Why Someone Might Hate Them: He is a teenager, and teenagers are pretty terrible (sorry to any followers who are still in your teens but you know it’s true ♥). Most teenagers don’t kill and eat people though.
How They Change: Alan definitely becomes a stronger, more confident person even if it’s a Hail Mary; if nothing else he grows to embrace his dubious gift.
Why You Love Them: I like damaged characters who struggle to make the right choice. This incarnation of the character is far less helpless than the original which makes him a bit more sympathetic in a way.
It’s an ask box game!
