I don’t want to share a bedroom in my next home. I want my own space with my own stuff where I can lock the door and nobody has any reason to bother me. I want to sleep in my brand new bed and spread my limbs like a starfish. I want it to be understood that it’s a need and not a preference.
But that’s not the way it goes. Instead you have to move across the river and share everything all the time because you’re just a couple now and a couple is what you get to be for the rest of your life. A one bed couple in a house where every space must be communal.
I almost forgot how it felt My eyes on our messages like nails on a chalkboard Nothing had changed but it was different Now things have changed but it almost feels the same My heart rattles my chest with every ellipsis And then they disappear.
The Corn Moon
Its the ultimate “It’s not you, it’s me” I think that’s supposed to be embarrassing It’s not He wanted me to get mad but I just couldn’t do it
The worst part is definitely going to be telling everyone who knows or hasn’t been told but assumed That’s the thing though Everyone thought we were dating long before we did or I guess before he did I would continue to silently rescind my promises to him over and over This is the end of a four year relationship The longest I’ve ever had and wanted
We broke up on my parents’ anniversary
I guess it’s no longer a single life
Jeff is back
Meets someone new and immediately goes back through every post on Astro instas to read jokes about their sign
What are you for? You’re for good lookin I covered my bed with rose petals I covered my bed with long stemmed roses I struck a super sexy pose on a blanket of thorns You asked me if that hurt With a twinkle in my eye I replied Nothing can hurt me I’m not like other girls And I blew you a wet kiss We both hit our juuls It’s bad luck if we don’t look each other in the eye
