"I suppose you're right. Gives me more excuse to gorge myself on your good cookin' too."
❝ Evenin', sugar. ❞ Her tone carries the same tenderness that his fingers rub into his scalp; the words are followed by a quiet hum. ❝ T'ought it w's 'bout time I came t' visit yoo. ❞
❝ A’ways love your visits. How are you, sweet - tea? An’ how’s tha’h litt’al pup ov’ yours? ❞
All she's going to do is settle against him, cheek pressed to his chest. If she had anything to say, she'd speak.
Awh — well, isn’t this a lovely surprise.
His hand trails up to her head, fingers lacing themselves between her hair strands. His tips begin to massage in rhythm and circular motion just above her left temple. He leans his own head down steadily, giving her forhead a quick peck.
❝ ’ello, my sweet. ❞

Put "Hate me, Love me, Miss me." In my askbox and my muse will tell you something about you they hate, something they love, and something they would miss if you left.
Logan paused a moment, tangling her fingers up in her lap before they were reaching and splaying against the edge of the table in front of her. She looked almost thoughtful for a moment before her gaze swiveled toward Travis and her shoulders rose up in a meager shrug. Beckoning him forward with a finger, she wrapped her pale legs loosely around his waist, scraping those nails against the broad expanse of his chest. "I hate how much you work, you get so caught up in all of it I hardly get to see you. You don't visit as much as you should," Her hand smoothed down at his stomach and she leaned her head back up at him, "I love how like the way I am, not the way I probably should be. I don't care what people think about me and you like that me, which no one ever really has." The wolf pressed a little closer and wrapped her arounds up around his shoulders, pressing the heat of her face into the column of his throat and breathing out, "I'd be utterly alone again if you left me. When you have to go back home I get so lonely, and I may or may not sort of count down the days until you come back to me."

Send me a ✢ for my muse's reaction to seeing yours standing on their doorstep soaking wet in the rain.
“—Elaine? What’re you… --you know what? Never mind that, come inside.”
His mother alone would kill him for leaving someone looking like a drowned rat outside their doorstep. But he had better manners than that. Ushering the woman inside, he shuts and locks the door. “Uh, wait right here, okay? Actually, no – bathroom’s first door on the right. Help yourself to a towel. Be with you in a minute.”
Elaine looks to be the same size as his mother. So he’s off and rummaging through her clothes to find something his mother won’t mind being gone. Once he’s got some options – he’s back to the bathroom as fast as his two werewolf legs can carry him and knocks on the door.
“You can change into these and leave your wet things – I’ll toss them in the dryer. I’m going to make a pot of tea for you.” Once she has the clothes in hand, he is in the kitchen fixing the tea. A little nerve-wracked it seemed, but keeping his wits about him. Why was he so anxious?
She’ll rejoin him and by that time he’s got the tea ready and waiting. So she’s invited to sit down and he will play host and actually pour her a cup. Before he excuses himself to put her wet clothes in the dryer.
