I just watched a documentary about Albert Goring, who was Hermann Goring's little brother. While Hermann was out being Hitler's second-in-command, Albert was busy saving Jews from the Nazis using his last name. Example? He wrote to the commandant of a concentration camp asking for some inmates to be freed using stationery with the family crest on it and signed the letter simply 'Goring'. The commandant assumed it was from Hermann Goring and let the people go. He worked at the Skoda arms factory and pulled a Schindler by repeatedly sabotaging shipments, and there's a story that one day he grabbed a bunch of Skoda trucks, drove them up to a concentration camp, said he needed a bunch of inmates as forced labour in the factory, was given them, and drove them off to safety. Basically in various ways he saved a bunch of Jewish people and at the end of the war the Allies threw him in jail with his brother to stand trial at Nuremberg. Facing imprisonment or death for war crimes, he wrote a list of people he'd saved, and then one of his interrogators turned out to be the nephew of one of the men he'd saved so he was let go. For the rest of his life he was stigmatised because of his last name, and he died penniless and forgotten, despite the fact that he was at least as awesome as Oskar Schindler. What I'm saying here basically is can someone hurry up and make a movie about him so people can know about the great things he did okay

Hollywood really needs to do a movie about Albert Goring

He deserves it.
