ALBERT always has like at least a couple little newsies following him around the lodging house
- he's their hero
- it's because he doesn't care and thinks they're annoying so he ignores them
- which just makes them like him more
- he always acts disgusted when they ask him questions or try to play with him
- secretly he kinda likes the attention but will never admit that
- he always says stuff like "knock it off, shortstack" when they're bothering him too much
- they just think he's funny and really cool!!!! they look up to him!!!!
- once and ONLY ONCE he got caught smoothing the hair off their foreheads while they were sleeping
- it was romeo. romeo caught him
- and albert threatened to punch his lights out if he told anyone
- he couldn't let anyone know he cared!!

Specs
Loves makeup 10/10 they think it’s so fun
They don’t wear it super often because it’s a pain and they love to sleep
when they do wear makeup, it’s good
they’re a fan of rainbow or gold highlight and bright eyeshadow, and really bright lipstick
They and Crutchie do everyone’s makeup for Pride and other events like weddings and such
they gossip while they do so everyone who they do it on get’s a sip of tea but Specs and Crutchie get all of it
it also means that it takes forever for them to do everyone’s makeup because they have to keep taking breaks to sign more than just a word or two when they get too into their conversation

sfx makeup anyone?
tbh Alber sees makeup like what Crutchie or Specs wears and is like “yeah that’s cool but uh...aliens and monsters”
he’ll spend a Saturday on only doing one face of makeup and he runs an sfx makeup Instagram that’s really popular
his most popular are the werewolf on where he uses makeup to make his face look hairy and the “classic” alien where he made his eyes look huge
he lives for halloween and he’s won every contest he’s ever entered

how would you characterize Albert?
Albert is the friend who everyones loves to hate but actually love.
He’s sarcastic and if you don’t know him well, he might seem a bit mean.
He acts like he’s pessimistic, but he actually tries to see the best in a situation and person.
He’s very loyal to his friends, but he does his best to hide how much they mean to him, because he’s scared of seeming vulnerable.
Race is his best friend and for however much he insults him, he would do anything for him.
When Race met Jack, Albert was terrified Race would forget him in favor of his new friend, and so he wasn’t very nice to Jack for a while.
He loves giving presents, but hates people knowing he gave them. Half he time, he gives them anonymously because he’s embarrassed.
He loves little kids, and is great with them.
He’s an introvert, and needs to be alone sometimes to recharge.
He steals Race’s things sometimes but always gives them back.

also thinking about how, he had the development from re1 of "You wouldnt understand, chris" to re5 boss fight he just "Why couldnt you understand! chris" Like truly i think he always wanted chris to acknowledge or understand him in some regard. at least his plan and ideals of speeding up natural selection and truly understand his _Eugenics_
