Baron and Lady Kent are proud and surprised to announce the birth of the second set of twins. Twins Arbella and Arian were born around 1:30am this morning. The news of the birth breaks following recent reports of declining health for the Earl of Brindleton and Albert’s possibly soon succession to the Earldom.
