GRISSINI RECIPE (BREAD STICKS) ----I--T--A--L--Y---- RECEPIE 👇 TEMPERATURE :180°C BAKING TIME :18-20MIN INGREDIENTS 👇 *Flour :500gm *Water :280ml *Salt :8gm *Yeast(fresh) :5gm *Sugar/honey:1tsp *Oil :50ml PROCEDURE 👇 👇 1. Add yeast and sugar/honey to some luke warm water. 2. Seave flour and mix salt kneed the dough adding yeast mixture and remaining water. 3. Add oil and keep it for proving. 4. Cut 1/2inch wide stripes with help of knife (don't use hands to break the stripes). 5. Strech the stripes as per the bakery sheet size. Optional 6. Apply oil on the sticks and sprinkle some sesame seeds on it. 7. Keep in oven for baking for 18-20 min at 180°c. 8.
