Day one was yesterday. Today is the start of Day 2.

I don’t feel like drinking today.

If I don’t feel like drinking, then I will not drink.

If I don’t drink, then I won’t get drunk.

If I don’t get drunk, then I won’t behave in a way that I wouldn’t sober.
