finally, I’ve combined my favorite drink and my favorite shoe into one beautiful piece of work...I call it the “Ale Force One,” or the “Ale-F-1,” or I suppose even just AF1 works, technically, hahaha. to a degree, the meaning of this shoe is lost on the homies out in Oregon, but all my #redrivergorge climbers know how stoked I am about these!! I was careful to make them not look like Rasta shoes by adding the subtle cream color used on the @ale8one packaging to the scheme. the shoelace charm (is there a word for that?) was made from an actual Ale-8 bottle cap and a safety pin - I think it really drives the point home. I also learned that I need to invest in stencil paper, because painting the logo onto the shoe was pretty hard lol. that being said, they’re pretty damn dope, and I’m hype to represent my Red River roots out here on the northwest with these kicks! 👟🍾 #ale8one (at Portland, Oregon) https://www.instagram.com/p/B8kAgt1JxGb/?igshid=94xjgvcl4fsh
