Magnus: I put a little note in your lunch box to tell you I love you.

Alec: [opens the box] Magnus, this is a 10-page letter.

Alec is amused by the glint in the other man’s eye. Rolling onto his back, his fingers trace invisible patterns over the soft silk of Magnus’ sheet and he glances up at the ceiling with a smile on his face still basking in the afterglow. “I was joking... half joking,” he corrects. “I think that’s why you’re so good for me. You were completely unexpected and I know I can be... rigid.”

Magnus: I have a nickname for you.

Alec: What is it?

Magnus: Teddy Bear! You know? Because you're big, soft and fluffy. Also, I can't sleep without holding you.

Alec: That's ridiculous.

Magnus: [sighs] Fine, I guess I can call you 'Alec' like everyone else does...

Alec: [grabs Magnus by his shirt to stare into his eyes all serious] NO! I'm 'Teddy Bear' now!
