You were completely unexpected and I know I can be... rigid.”

isabelle hated keeping a secret this big from people she cared about. simon, rafael, luke, and magnus all deserved to know that there was still a massive threat to them out there and that the clave was lying to them. but she knew it wasn’t her place to say anything, alec would decide what to do with the information. she did her best to act like nothing was bothering her when magnus approached her. “hey magnus, looking for alec?”
