A24 is easily my favorite production company right now. First and foremost, I Saw the TV Glow. Duh. The Lighthouse. Need I mention Everything Everywhere All at Once? They just CONSISTENTLY pump out AMAZING and UNIQUE films. I am SO tired of the remake after remake and formulaic slop I've been seeing. It just makes me uninterested in movies as a whole. A24 keeps me going with their consistent bangers. Not gonna lie, I'm hype for Death of a Unicorn, too.

Death of a Unicorn

Summary: Elliot Kintner (Paul Rudd) and his daughter Ridley (Jenna Ortega) accidentally runs over a unicorn foal on their way to the isolated home of Elliot's boss Odell Leopold (Richard E. Grant). Its parents soon come after them.

Gory and occasionally funny, but with unconvincing father-daughter relationship and uneven tone. Poulter surprising highlight, if not best part.

Unos empresarios encantados con hacerse muy millonarios se encuentran con un unicornio, un animal mágico cuya sangre es capaz de curar cualquier enfermedad.

Esta comedia de terror es muy sencilla pero por suerte, cuenta con un reparto espectacular, capaz de elevar el material, porque realmente, no hay mucho nuevo en esta película. Los efectos visuales están bastante bien, aunque usan la noche tanto como pueden.

Recomendada.
