Design im like uhm..uhhhh yeah uhembyeah

I don’t have a good explanation for everything about him yet, but the concept basically is that:

Hes a native of Algadda that got petrified in our reality? Hes appears as a porcelain statue, and can be reanimated using sacrifices. (Because of a hc/“theory” I have of 035 and 049… yeah) The first design is him in Algadda, second is him in our reality.

Guys, Syd just said he got back from the “Algadda, where the Hanged King writhes.” Im absolutely baffled at this, what could he possibly mean by this? Just a word of advice please.
