AlgarExperience has always supported and admires the work and dedication of the Volunteer Firefighters in Albufeira. In this way, we have had the great honour to support the cause and offer a different day on board our vessel “Vitamin Sea”, designed for the practice of this ancient art that is reef fishing. Started at 6a.m., anchored six miles off the coast and returned to the Albufeira Marina at 2p.m. with glaciers full of different types of fish, such as, red snapper, grey bream, grouper, black seabream, white seabream, etc. We thank you for your daily work to protect and save us. (EN) In December, the SNOWLAND will invade the center of Albufeira and spread the christmas spirit around the city!

Snowland will occupy the town square in front of the city hall of Albufeira, from 8th of December to 7th of January of 2018. With various winter activities, including ice rink, enjoy a different afternoon with your whole family.

O Snowland vai ocupar a Praça do Município, em frente à Câmara Municipal de Albufeira, de 8 de Dezembro a 7 de Janeiro de 2018. Com diversas atividades de Inverno, nomeadamente pista de gelo, desfrute de um final de tarde diferente com toda a sua família. 

Segunda a sexta das 15h às 20h. Sábado e Domingo das 10h às 20h.

Today, 16th of November, is celebrated the National Day of the Sea in Portugal, which was inaugurated at the "United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea" in 1994. The main objective is to raise awareness of the importance of the sea for the economy and for national development level as it offers many jobs and represents a significant part of the annual wealth. Portugal is considered a rich country in traditions and is marked for posterity as the country of maritime discoveries.

Hoje, dia 16 de Novembro, celebra-se o Dia Nacional do Mar que foi inaugurado na “Conveção das Nações Unidas sobre o Direito do Mar” em 1994. Tem como principal objetivo sensibilizar para a importância do mar para a economia e para o desenvolvimento nacional, uma vez que oferece muitos postos de trabalho e representa uma parte significativa da riqueza anual. Portugal é considerado um país rico em tradições e ficará marcado para a posterioridade como o país dos Descobrimentos Marítimos.
