Hey :-) I tagged you in one of those question thingys :-) enjoy! Just find it on my blog. xx
Rule 1: Always post the rules
Rule 2: Answer the questions the person who tagged you asked and write 11 new ones
Rule 3: Tag 11 15 people and link them to the post
Rule 4: Actually tell them you tagged them
1: What is your most treasured possession? My external hard-drive because it’s a combination of expensive, useful, sentimental and essential to my daily life. It has uni work, personal photos, parts of the novel I’m writing and years build up of stuff on it so even though this might seem like a fairly shallow kind of answer it’s really not.
2: What is your proudest moment so far? Umm. I made some pretty great pasta the other day?
3: What is your favourite album? THIS IS TOO HARD. Umm… I really love MCR’s ‘The Black Parade’, White Lies’ ‘To Lose my Life’, Marilyn Manson’s ‘Mechanical Animals’ and both ‘Hot Fuss’ and ‘Sawdust’ from The Killers.
4: If you could be anyone for a day who would you be? EMMA WATSON. She is walking perfection and she’s rich, famous, charismatic and influential enough to have pretty much anything she wants.
5: Which 5 people would you have at your dream dinner party? (can be dead or alive) Stephen Fry, Vita Sackville West, Oscar Wilde, Sue Perkins, Mary Read and John and Hank Green (ok that’s seven but shh)
6: What animal do you think your patronus would be and why? Gods I have no clue. Maybe a squirrel or something? Something fairly weak and harmless and not very bright but quite cuddly and weird and organised (you know because like squirrels bury nuts for the winter I too plan ahead).
7: If you could only wear one colour for the rest of your life what would it be and why? Argh. I would say red but it would clash with my pink hair so maybe black, pink or blue?
8: Describe your most recent dream you can remember? Gosh. I don’t even know…I think it was an anxiety dream that I hadn’t handed in my project in time or something…
9: What was the last book you read? OMG I AM READING THIS BOOK RIGHT NOW AND IT’S SO FUCKING AWESOME. It’s called ‘The Night Watch’ by Sarah Waters and it’s about a group of loosely connected queer characters in the 1940’s and honestly it’s pure perfection and everyone should read it.
10: What 5 non-essential items could you not live without? 1. My laptop, 2. My external hard-drive, 3. Maybe my phone? (I don’t use it much but it’s still pretty important) 4. Notebooks! 5. Pens to write in my notebooks! I would go crazy if I couldn’t note down all my thoughts and if I couldn’t write lists and mindmaps to help me remember things and organise my thoughts and ideas I wouldn’t be able to cope with the anxiety.
11: Do you have any cuddly toys on your bed? Nope. Not for years.
My Questions for you:
1. Top 5 fictional characters
2. Top 5 fictional ladies (ladies as in women not ladies as in the aristocracy)
3. Top 5 queer characters
4. Top 3 fictional animals
5. Name 3 fictional bisexuals (pansexuals/omnisexuals etc also come under that umbrella) who aren’t promiscuous, unfaithful or previously established as heterosexual with one ‘exception’ (essentially I want fictional bisexuals who don’t play into some kind of stereotype)*
6. Top 5 most influential people (can be people you know, people you don’t, dead or alive, real or fictional – anyone who’s had an impact on you or your life)
7. Favourite film/tv adaptation(s) of a book or play
8. Favourite kids show(s)
9 Favourite period in history (in terms of how interesting it is to you)?
10. Who’s your celebrity crush (or crushes)?
11. Top Quote or Quotes
*this isn’t a test or anything - more of a survey as part of my constant hunt for some decent representation…
