how do text gradient?

im not good at explaining so ill use pictures :)

1. go to this website

2. go to the white box in the bottom right and enter the text you want in the top bar, then pick colors next to it

3. click “run” and copy the code that shows up in the bottom bar

4. go make a textpost and click on the gear at the top, and change it from “rich text” to “html”

5. paste the code you got in the html box

6. click on preview to make sure its good, and if you have something like this

do you have any alternatives to burning? i'm not allowed to do that kind of thing.

well, it may come down to why something needed to be burned. why did the element of fire need to be brought in? to have something destroyed? sometimes that can be replaced with a knife (often used to represent fire) cutting it up. if it was for the warmth and brightness, sunlight can be used. 

so for each case think about what why something needs to be burned, and ask yourself what can also provide that function.
