Some updates:

Spring theme is here can you tell im ready for the snow to go away… its too much where i live.

I finished 5/6 stories for valentines day/sjm romance week and i am itching to post them right now but i wont because i am good and well behaved.

I finished fourth wing!! I am pleasantly surprised at the predicability/unpredictability in the book (spoilers ahead)

I could tell i think that the venin were gonna be real and that the school/scribes were rewriting history. I hated dain but did NOT think he would steal her memories what a fucking loser. Also brennan is alive?? I didn’t see that one coming either considering yarros doesnt seem to be afraid of killing characters, which is a definite perk. I did cry when liam died, but i feel like i still needed more time to become truly attached to him (that might be because i went into this book knowing he dies). Those are my horribly disordered thoughts.

I might make some changes to the lineup (considering rn) bc all of yall hate tamlin!! Its weird to me bc i am so pro everyone and i love tam but then again im glad that there are diverse opinions surrounding my blog. It also means i may change some characters/prompts though.

Made the mistake of telling my coworker my hobbies and now she is sending me horrible millennial smut books and ai art (sorry millennials love u) and now she wants to write a novella with me where we “pass it back and forth for chapters.”

Absolutely not do you know how much of a control freak i am?

I believe it is okay to love my hobbies and gate keep them from people around me. Writing is my thing not yours and we are certainly not doing it together. (You can like writing too just do it away from me). I feel like one of those yume shippers.

In case anyone was wondering, my moodboards do not, and will not ever contain ai. I find all my photos on google or pinterest, and all my editing is done with adobe lightroom or fresco by my own hand.

I do my best to double check everything before putting it together, but if you believe an image ive used is ai, please let me know so i can fix it!

The acotar fandom especially is so full of ai garbage, and i may not be the best artist out there, but i would never be proud of calling something like that my own when it takes from others.

This of course goes for my writing as well, everything I write is from me.

Started emily wildes map of the otherlands. As always, love this woman, love this man. Im having trouble enjoying the side characters though.

Ariadne and prof rose feel so… caricature-y? I mean wendell and emily are both kinda caricature ish as far as characters go but it feels very extreme with the side characters.

Do they get better? Or more annoying?
