Alicka
Its so strange to think her entire story stared because I wanted to explore the backstory of the 1st Isle and of Winterkill. And then the more I thought about the sort of characters that would live in this time and place, the more they began to take on a life of their own. And now I miss drawing them and am, on and off, writing the next part of the story, or book two.
I’ve been sketching more lately. Thinking about the future story of Denizens! Attention! 2. It’s not got a name yet.
Do you ever get a visual design first and know it will be important, but no idea how? Then you are left to figure out how to shove it into the story because its so obviously part of it. That's me right now. With this. Hats. Yes, somehow hats are important. How? Why? No idea, but there you go. A preview into the up coming story of Alicka and Chester. Hats. Prepare yourself.
