Ml Au idea: Alien! Adrien

-Adrien is half human/ half alien. Alien on his mother’s side.

-From an alien race that has visited earth numerous times. Emilie’s ship crashed on earth.

-With no way to get back home, she settled on earth. She fell in love with Gabriel, (a man so alien to others yet so human to her)

-They had a son, he had his mother’s otherworldly beauty and knack for languages.

-Emilie got sick one day, (since she had no resistances to human diseases.) she put herself in a stasis pod. To prevent it from spreading.

-His knowledge of Science inferior to hers, he turned to his only other option, Magic.

-Adrien grew up more awkward in this AU, developing new abilities that other humans clearly didn’t have. Not to mention he was incredibly beautiful. Constant kidnapping attempts were made on him.

-Gabriel feared for his son’s life. Especially if the government found out about either him or Emile.

-Adrien found out about his origins, and was kept under tighter supervision. He wasn’t even childhood friends with Chloé.

-The boy didn’t have a single friend, until he went to high school.

He can’t read mind. He has telepathy (With his soul mate only). Not mind reading. He can’t hear her thoughts if she doesn’t want him to.

Unless you mean he tries to mentally suggest that and she messages him back.

Then that would surprise him.

What did you mean by side effects in the Alien!Adrien AU?

Aside from the stuff mentioned here

Alien!Adrien needs to be wary of his emotions, either to avoid being swayed by other people’s feelings, or passing on his emotions on others.

He is also worried that his genetics might put people he cares about in danger. (He has seen movies.)

For the Alien adrien au what if accidentally revealed chat as not totally human. She starts asking about their link thing and he's like. Never heard of such a thing from the miraculous, then tikki goes Whoops?

Tikki tells Marinette that

“Ladybug and Chat noir sometimes have different powers then previous incarnations”

Tikki being responsible but also probs figured out the boy was an alien after seeing him. (Not her secret to tell tho)

Star!Adrien and Alien!Adrien head cannons????

(Now for the more serious Alien!Adrien)

-Adrien has to be a lot more careful with expressing his emotions. Since if he gets too happy he will start glowing brighter unintentionally.

-If he gets too sad, his sadness spreads making everyone feel the sadness he is feeling.

-If he gets angry, his touch (instead of soothing, actually causes pain. (Like if someone pinches a nerve.)

-Alien!Adrien can also change his eye color at will, (he originally had gold eyes, but his Father said that the color wasn’t normal) so he chose green, since his mother chose that color when hiding her origins)

-Alien!Adrien has an enhanced sense of touch and his eyes can perceive light much better then normal humans (he doesn’t get blinded by bright lights, 20/20 vision.) though he is more sensitive to temperature. (He does not like cold at all.)

In the Alien! Adrien Au, (which I love because I HAVE SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR THAT AU AND YOU HAVE WATERED MY DROUGHT RIDDEN CROPS THANK YOU!!!!) What is the name of Emilie’s race and what powers do they and including Adrien have? And does it interact well with his miraculous or does it interfere? And what dies Plagg think when he first sees his chosen? Does he sense it immediately?

Emilie’s race is called Illumians

Or “the enlightened ones”

They are empaths,

They are humanoid species, and look very similar to humans.

They can control their brightness.

(Kind of Like Dr. Manhattan)

Emilie could shine brighter then a star.

They can sense powerful emotions, and if they focus, they can sense the emotions of those they care for.

(Adrien is only half Illumian, so he can’t do the later, but he can sense Akuma. Or at least know that there is a potential akuma victim.

Adrien can actually suppress the feeling, and not show the emotion on his face. (Full illumians show the emotion they are sensing)

Illumians can calm others by touching exposed skin. (This effect can be ignored if someone is angry or sad enough) if the illumian tries hard on calming someone down, it can have a stronger effect.

Adrien’s powers are not impacted at all by the miraculous, they are also not hindered. If anything his powers give him a bit more of a use.

Plagg is able to sense Adrien’s unique upbringing. Since he is his chosen, and in the past Plagg has had other chosen that weren’t 100% human. Same with Tikki.

So in the Alien!Adrien AU does he understand Gabriels overprotectiveness due to him being an Alien or is it the same as canon where he doesn't understand?

Adrien is a bit more understanding of it since he is an empath, but he is still not a fan of it. Especially since he is even MORE isolated in childhood.

His dad also can suppress his emotions very well, so Adrien can’t always get what his dad is feeling
