Guys, we're getting it all wrong

So, I just saw ProdCharles latest theory on BATIM chapter 5 (it's great , go check it out) and it showed me something I didn't really think about before.

We don't see Allison's casket, nor Tom's or Wally's in the game, do we? Conveniently, those are the three characters we get to see physical communication outside of the Studio loop.

So who's dead for sure? Norman, Grant, Susie, Bertrum and Lacie.

Norman's the Projectionist, Bertrum is in the weird theme park, Susie was Joey's lab rat in the Ink Machine experiment which led to imperfect Alice and Wally, Tom and Alisson are probably far away from the whole mess since they're not dead and are having some good fortune in their lives.

So what of Lacie and Grant? They're the Alice and Thomas.

Charles goes on to explain that good Alice is remarkably handy with machines, and with pretty much everything else, and that makes Lacie, the woman who worked with machines and that creepy fuck of a Bendy animatronic, and Tom's mechanical arm might just be her doing since she is the one to fix it.

Grant doesn't have much proof to back him up, but I like to think a man who spent a lifetime dealing with taxes would carry his anger and annoyance into his cartoon form that he will express it by threatening people with angry batting of axes and knocking down doors because he's done with everyone's bullshit.

So, yup, my headcanon now is that Alice is Lacie (WHICH IS AN ANAGRAM OF ALICE) and Boris is Grant.
