I'm not sure if I should be appalled or pleased at the condition of these books. These are my daughter's copies. She's had the first two knocking around in her backpack since the beginning of the school year, and the third one for about a month. She's read each of them multiple times -- the first and second at least four times a piece. On THAT, I'm going with pleased. My daughter is very particular, and she didn't even have an interest in reading until last year. Well, I'm *supposed* to be working on the fourth book in my main series, but I had an idea the other day, which jump-started ANOTHER series that I've had on the back burner for three years, now. I had what I thought was the first book started, and it even had a prequel short story that's already published in an anthology.
