Dark ‘n Stormy !
Ingredients:
2 ounces Gosling’s Black Seal Rum (or substitute with any dark rum)
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice (optional)
3 ounces chilled ginger beer
1 chilled shot Death Wish Coffee Vanilla (brewed any way you like)
1 candied ginger slice
1 lime wheel
Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the rum and lime juice and shake well.
Strain into an ice-filled Collins (or highball) glass.
Stir in the ginger beer and a chilled shot of Death Wish Coffee Vanilla .
Skewer the ginger slice and lime wheel and garnish the cocktail.
(Rich vanilla that’s medium-roasted and made with no artificial ingredients.)
