i hate the way you treat me.

you take advantage of me and it hurts. i showed you my soul. i’ve never showed anyone my soul. what hurts the most though is that i mistook your rough hands tearing me apart from the inside out for a gentle touch. when i told you my story, i thought things changed but i guess it’s a little cycle we fall into. i think everything is changing and i open up to you, i think we’re all perfect again, i see you doing those simple actions, i lose it and take my angry out on myself then it happens all over again. and again. and again. and again. i’ve tried to break the cycle but you can’t break patterns. can’t break the way someone lives.
