This is a different kind of progress photo.⠀ The left photo(taken 2 years ago) shows me 10-15lbs lighter than I currently(right photo taken a few days ago) am.⠀ ⠀ ⠀ After reaching my weight loss goals two years ago, I made new goals to build muscle and get stronger.⠀ ⠀ Fast forward to now...⠀ With consistency in my weightlifting and HIIT workouts, I’ve gradually become stronger and feel better than I ever have before.
