I have allergies…something I’ve had since forever. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of the year either. When I came to work at Nirvana in the winter of 2019, I was absolutely suffering from them. Mold in the snow piles which I’m allergic to is an example. Kat noticed how much I was suffering and got me started on Seasonal Nasal Support. Worked like a charm and I am still taking the Chinese herbs. In the morning, I cough like crazy. When I mentioned it to Kat, she knew just what to prescribe. I got started on Bu Fei Tang and right after 3 pills in the morning, I clear up considerably. I started my treatments with Kat and now Alyx, addressing my allergies and the difference is astounding. I can now go outdoors and work and enjoy my gardens without suffering. 
I cannot recommend allergy treatment from our practitioners enough. If you have allergies, make an appointment soon and the suffering will subside.
