Me too. Maybe it will end up being okay, but it just worries me. Maybe they’ll have disagreements and he’ll sign off as director! That only seems to happen to great directors though.

I am so excited to see Lubezki work on another film where he can use all that natural light. Maybe he’ll win an Oscar or a second year in a row? I mean, they need to somehow make it up to him for not giving him the win for The Tree of Life.

omg all of this is so great. i feel like i'm gonna wanna watch it day after day (if it's really good), but i think we all secretly know that this is going to be really something special. or am i just being really optimistic? JUST GIVE US DECEMBER 18

I feel the same way! A really good teaser does so much more than a lot of people give it credit for. Look at Fincher for example. He releases such great teasers. We all freak out over this short little clip. The second teaser for The Force Awakens did that for me. I was excited and optimistic with the cast + first teaser. But that second teaser!! The music + voice over + a better look at the new characters + Han saying “Chewie, we’re home.” and the two of them standing there? That was the cherry on top.

yep that's what i think! and somehow from there, something happens which triggers finn to escape and crash his tie fighter onto jakku, giving poe the chance to escape too but without his jacket which we see finn wearing in the 2nd teaser :P
