They're just for him, not the festival; I bought them at the height of the craziness right after he announced his tour dates, but before he announced the second batch. Ticket scalpers bought up most of the ones for that show, and were selling them at ridiculous rates. I, enamored with the idea of seeing my favorite artist, decided it was worth the price.
