The kanji was pretty hard to get down but I've got it now;
超ド級ゲーム「ネオ・ジオ」 chou dokyuu geemu [neo jio]
Make of that what you will, but I googled around and it seems that Neo Geo was the name of a developer + a video game console, so it appears to translate into;
High-Quality Game "Neo Geo"
