Look, whether you believe Steve slept with Bucky or someone else, the guy was not a virgin. 😂 I know it's a hot topic because of She-Hulk, but it was even discussed in 2021 that writer Kevin McFeely doubted Steve was a virgin and lost it on the USO tour:

‘I think he loses his virginity!’ he exclaimed, before adding: ‘Why do people think he’s a virgin?’

Going into further detail about when Cap might have done the deed during his USO tour, he continued: ‘If you look like that, and you’re going to city to city, and you’re signing autographs for the likes of the ladies that he’s signing the autographs for, I’ve got to imagine that [he lost his virginity]’.

I may have, lovely. 😉 If Ari is at the ceremony, he would be from out of town. Either served in the military with Steve and Bucky or met them at an expo. Simply because I can't imagine him living in town and not mentioned until that point.

As far as his reader, I'd have to consider that as well. Like Ari, I wouldn't want to throw someone in without a reason. That beefy man as a tattoo artist though? Yes, please. 🔥
