like, what do you mean the OS actually reserves 4kb on an alloc and gives me the size I want, instead of only reserving the 16 bytes I ordered?
and what was that? I need to ALIGN my pointers in a arena? THEY'RE ALREADY ALIGNED IN 8 BITS BRO, THATS THE WHOLE REASON WE INVENTED THE BYTE
oh you gotta be kidding me. I need a header for every allocation in a stack allocator? at least is something small right?... 8 BYTES???? FOR EACH ALLOCATION???? IN THIS ECONOMY????
