He flexed his gloved fingers before using them to wave dismissively at the young girl. The pistol he used to utterly devastate his target’s torso and chest was still smoking, fresh from use.

❝ Perhaps they would’ve survived if you had bothered to raise your weapon before me.  Anyways, these men aren’t even worth space. ❞

Gladius kicked the goon’s corpse to the side and advanced forward. They were falling behind the others. He hated falling behind.

Bellemere looked at the pink haired woman, her eyes following her movements. It was a small village and so she had seen the ship dock with a jolly roger flying proudly. 

Every time a pirate crew came around, the villagers were nervous because the never knew if they would be like the Strawhats or like the Arlong Pirates. Bellemere thought that the other woman looked nice enough but she was a firm believer in the ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’ mindset.

“First time in Cocoyashi?” She called out.

He watched in silent disbelief as the person he admired as a captain merrily skipped around him….shaking maracas.

The birthday hat tilted awkwardly to the side of his head as he burrowed his face into his palm.

The laugh came unexpected,though he took in the nice surprise smoothly. Has he ever heard her laugh before, or was this the first time? The back of his neck tingled. It felt like he’d already heard her laughter, perhaps it was long ago. 

The swordswoman needed to laugh more often--it’ll do wonders for her.

Viola narrowed her eye and glared at the stranger, humans weren't her favortie of people, down near the coast they did seem to be somewhat nicer, but still mean to her "Yer not fround round here, are ye, lady?" She asked in a curious tone.
