Well, depending on where you're at in Illinois, you better be able to run fast if you don't want to get hit. Other places, drivers will stop for you. I think it's a case of "the greater the population density, the more assholes you run into". Lol.

probably! i suppose in parts of the cities up here the drivers can be pretty pissy too.
