★ How long have you been on bookstagram? I’ve been here since October 2017! It both feels like forever and no time at all. I have made lasting friendships and connections here, and it’s helped open doors for my future and career that I never anticipated. I also remember a lot of big moments in bookstagram, like how the release of The Cruel Prince (and build up to The Wicked King and Queen of Nothing) had much of the community in a chokehold. ★ Do you use a bookmark when you’re reading a physical book? A random piece of paper or the receipt? Do you dog ear? When I was a kid, I’d definitely dog ear. As a teen, I was a receipt or random piece of paper person. Now I always have a bookmark handy if I am reading a physical book. I like to pick out a bookmark that compliments the book in some way. It’s hard to use bookmarks so beautiful as these though! Illumicrate included these The Gilded Wolves inspired bookmarks with character art by @gabriella.bujdoso and I am IN LOVE 😍 This is, by far, a favorite fantasy series of mine, and I adore these characters so much. They deserve hugs and hot cocoa and a full night’s sleep. 🤣 I want to frame a lot of the character art bookmarks I have like this. The artwork is always so beautiful and I have a TON of them.
