Kaye drunkenly declares her love in front of the entire Unseelie court, forcing Roiben to send her on an impossible quest.
Front endpaper for the Illumicrate edition of Ironside by Holly Black ✨
Seven bookmark designs I was asked to draw for Illumicrate to be given out in goodie bags at their tenth anniversary party! This was a big commission for me and took a lot of work but was really good fun.
This is every book they’ve distributed through their subscription service, one stack for each year (except the first which covers the 3 years they were quarterly)
They’re sending me some of the printed bookmarks so I’ll post those once received, I’m excited to see!

The September 2025 Illumicrate box includes a double sided set of The Locked Tomb bookmarks!! There are necros on one side, and cavaliers on the other. The art is by Merwild.
Not sure why they're so blue tinted (like the Twilight movie), and some of the House colors are off (looking at you, very-not-green Dulcinea). But these are pretty damn cool!

Anyway, the Illumicrate Locked Tomb bookmarks are ALL THE HOUSES!!!! Eight double sided bookmarks, with the necromancers on one side and the cavaliers on the opposite. Absolutely gorgeous art by Merwildandco on insta. I was pretty disappointed when they announced the Locked Tomb item was bookmarks but NOT ANYMORE.
BOOK OF THE MONTH CHALLENGE: MARCH
Ignore the fact that we are Mid April, I did finish this a week or so ago I just kept forgetting a photo. BUT! March's book was The Isle In The Silver Sea by Tasha Suri! Absolutely there is a lot of overlap with The Everlasting, but also there's a lot of Gideon the Ninth when it comes to the dynamic between Simran and Vina.
There were parts where the pacing was lagging for me, and I'm not fully sold on the twenty year time skip, but overall I bad fun! There were a lot of fun and interesting characters, the world was fascinating, and The Tales. They were Told.
nothing matches the mourning i feel over not being in the fandom when illumicrate released their copies of the locked tomb trilogy.
why are the ONLY resellers listing them for upwards of £300..
