Fast forward to today... best average pace from yesterday: 1:22 / 100 yds. and very comfy... and proud of my beautiful stroke. (Thanks Earl for the stroke - hours and hours in the endless pool paid off) 😂 . Next stop “”Lake Placid” with @rawendurancetricamp and @tailwind_endurance for a camp. . Makes my day every single time. I say thank you and tell them I learned from the best coach @tailwind_endurance (Earl) / @rudygarciatolson 🙏 . This swimming thing was never on my radar... but to do Tris, you kind of, sort of, need to swim 😊 . Moral: once you put your mind to something / anything... universe has a plan and it falls into place. . You still need hard work and determination. But, in the end it all works out. .
