All the blacks! Each one is unique and all of them look lovely on this G Lalo stationery 🖤🖤 I've been having trouble with my McCaffery's though, two bottles in a row now are growing things like crazy and even after scooping the goop out, they just aren't oxidizing to black, I guess I'll just reserve it for when I'm going for brown :/ I did a bad job on the consistency on that lunar black watercolor too ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The script is based on a font called Allyson that combines the flattened lozenge terminals I used on a recent client piece with the inverted curve entry strokes I like to do, and a Spencerian styled set of lowercase letterforms. I happened across it yesterday and had one of those "Oh! That has all the things I love moments" 😊

I put together a little sample sheet for the script I was playing with doing ink tests yesterday. Apparently the designer for the font I was looking at based it on a specific old typeface named Hazel. Google has failed me in tracking down anything more on it though :/ I think I like it with a little bit of shading in the lower case letterforms.
