MY OPINION ON ;

character in general : oh sweet ! i could not go off about all of your muses though ! 1 : you are a mumu ~ & 2 : for your single muse blogs , there’s too many to count that i would WANT to go off about . lets not mention that i know you have a few muses that aren’t located on tumblr ~ but i digress . there’s a lot of muses that i would want to talk about !!!

zack ... prompto ... kaeya . astarion . trevor . yuri . julian ~ like damn . these are the ones that i can remember at the very least . & , much like jhin , i think you have quite the exceptional taste in muses ~ i love them all so very much ! like really ! it makes me quite FASCINATED with the fact that like if jhin isn’t writing a muse that i adore , i can normally check to see if you probably do . HRNGH . really though . you have a fine selection of muses dear ~ i really honestly couldn’t really go off & talk about all of them without making this super long . but .. ah let me at least give you some insight on how much i love some of these characters .

i was really happy that you picked up zack ! im interested in what your thoughts are on the pretty blue - eyed boy . & im ready to fall in love with him ALL over again ! i get really excited & giddy when people i care about write him . he’s such a good GOOD boyo . he’s playful & sweet , & has some sass to him ! it’s cute , its adorable . im T^T i am enjoying whenever you go off about him in discord though ! ( which reminds me , i have to make a section for cloud whenever i decide to log back in & rmmr to do so )

i don’t think we’ve really ever thoroughly discussed prom together , but i can assure you that jhin has GONE OFF about promptis to me so much that like i’ve just automatically think of you whenever i see the two of them . ( speaking of , if your icon isn’t kaeya , my fav pic of him was your icon of prompto ) but i digress . i’ve honestly come to love prom A LOT tbh . he & noctis were the only two characters of XV that i knew . but i’ve ALWAYS loved the playfulness of prom . when i was still in uni & chilled in dom’s room , he would kinda be playing it in the bg , & TO THIS DAY , i ENJOY hearing his combat lines - pretty sure they were the combat lines HRNGH . i personally think he’s a bit of a tease ~ if you ask me . i also recall he complained about him ALL the time because , & i quote ‘ he’s annoying ’ but i think that was what i LOVED about him . despite me not writing a lot of sunshine children , i am REALLY soft for them .

OKAY BUT ALSO JULIAN OKAY LET ME JUST ... granted , the only two paths i have done & completed for the arcana have been asra & julian so like hgklsdahf HRNGH im probably biased . but really . honestly i just LOVE julian . he’s ..... well . julian . idk i just laugh cause he just has that look of .... the fuckening .. i have to look for that post again BUT i hope you KNOW what face im talking about . but anyway ... hehe julian ...

always the easy read. carver has to wonder what that says about him — no intrigue, no mystique? a country bumpkin without secrets, save for how long to let the sun cure ryegrass before lining it all into windrows, or how best to win over ornery hens and the like.

he has to scratch at his collar to know he is still wearing his silver-threaded tabard, after all, because the way fenris cuts through the chaff of him, clear and to the point, has carver doubting if his griffon-plate is even there. as if he isn't just nineteen again, clad in old furs and muddy boots without a lick of sense and too much pride.

"oh, i just — " carver gestures vaguely, hand dropping from the nape of his neck to draw stunted half-spirals before him. was he staring? if so, he tries to overcorrect for it now. "i'd only noticed — your hair is . . . new."

the smell of blood becomes overwhelming as it causes the junior detective's nose to wrinkle. she focuses on the briefing, but one glance around the room tells her pieces of the story, which her mind puts into a bigger picture. she's had minimal training for this, & she feels she knows what to expect in theory. however, the reality of it all is much different & it requires her to play along as if she knows what the hell she's doing & she thinks she's doing a decent job of it. that is until another voice breaks through her thoughts. she must have gone pale or done something to make him speak directly to her. she stops in her tracks & glances in his direction.

arms slide across her chest as a silent sigh escapes. she bites back her first comment knowing the nearby police officer might shoot her a weird glance. ❛ i appreciate the concern but i'm fine. this isn't my first rodeo with this sort of thing. i'm just regretting my fucking choice of shoes. ❜ she's stepped in who knows what, but it all plays a part in the job. however, high heels were a poor choice on her end & she knows if joseph were around he would be lecturing her on this. maybe that's why she's grateful to be shadowing sebastian. he doesn't have the same sort of judgment about him that joseph does.

she doesn't wait for him to respond as she starts walking further into the room. they still have a lot of ground to cover in order to understand what happened. ❛ of all the shit holes to be murdered in, i personally wouldn't want to be found here. ❜ her comment is mostly to herself, but she doesn't lower her voice. she's never been one to shy away from her feelings - so why start now ?

iorveth & estinien –– okay you lost me because idk ff people whatsoever BUT your doc says you have a fantasy verse so i am perceiving ... also it's rare someone is taller than iorveth so i'm giggling

easier said than done, carver thinks, trying to do something with his face — anything — that'll lend him more mystery than what fenris can pare through. mostly he just averts his eyes and clears his throat, because subtlety has never been his strong suit. difficult, to be anything but obvious when you look half-avaar among rank-and-file fereldans, nor when you've trained yourself to be the biggest, loudest target on and off the battlefield.

4. what made you choose this muse ?

WELL ... it ALL started when i finally dragged my ass into liyue . & THEN met baizhu ...

thats when i knew . HRNGH .

okay , but jokes aside . i have a reputation for having a desire writing VERY specific muses . & they have ONE the following THEMES :

1 : little to no screen time / not often RPed by people . ( the BEST character i have written for this is emm ngl . )

2 : snake / reptile / draconic motifs ( namely two of my BEST OCs . mimi & alex . though mimi was more on the side of , she just got stuck with a draconic god , alex simply was SNEK )

3 : characters that have a sense of mystery / allure to them ( this is often a hidden trope in MANY of my characters cause i just LOVE this trope a lot . and its sometimes mixed with one of the first 2 themes i have mentioned . yuki is one of them to have this theme VERY embedded within her . kindred is another one as well )

of course , i have a couple of other themes that i enjoy very much & can be seen in some of my other muses , like dichotomic traits ( good v bad & dark v light are my go - tos ) , angelic / ethereal traits , & fallen gods . BUT for the most part , most of my muses can be fitted into ONE of the three mentioned above . at least .... they are my COMFORT characters .

yes , i know i have a few that are outliers of this equation , but for the most part , they do fit my standards of what muses i write . idk , i just ... have a TYPE .

SO when ..... i saw baizhu . he just happened to be a character that fit ALL THREE of my go - to themes .

its relatively uncommon for my muses to have TWO of the themes , but it is possible , but to have ALL THREE ? i literally looked at baizhu & went ‘ wow genshin really made a character for me huh ? ’

not only that , but i had a few people that , when they found out i was playing genshin , went ‘ dude , there’s a character i know that you’ll write cause it has your name written all over him ‘ or some other variation of that . like people who know me well & long enough KNOW my type . it find it ironically funny cause my partner looked at him and went ‘ yea thats a character you write im sure ‘ .

this isn’t to say that i CLAIM baizhu as my own . but i don’t think i have ever seen a character that has spoken to me so quickly before . and this was BEFORE he had even said anything .

plus ! a few other things . GREEN is one of my favourite colours . he’s also actually really KIND , which i love muses that are actually kind . and another common trope of mine that i love to write is the MISUNDERSTOOD characters . & im partial to that due to the fact that i , myself , have grown up that way . so i just really connect & relate to him a lot .
