***BREAKING NEWS: UNIFIED WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION INJURED IN AUSTRALIA***

Word has just reached our offices that our Unified Wold Heavyweight Champion Almighty Sheik has suffered an injury while on the first leg of his World Domination tour. The Almighty One has issued this statement on his Face Book page:

Sheik News:

All appearances for Sept/Oct/Nov have been cancelled. I have suffered an injury in Australia that will put me on the shelve for the time being. I am working hard on a Friday-November 30th return to professional wrestling for Resistance Pro in Chicago, IL. Thanks to all that support me and my career. I've had a strong 10 years being injury free but unfortunately in this business injury

is always waiting right around the corner and it finally caught up to me. On a positive note, this injury isn't career threatening and when handled properly should be a quick 8 week healing process. Because I was supposed to tour Europe from late October until late November, I cancelled my tour and now have the luxury of taking a full 12 weeks off so that I will come back 100% healthy for myself, my supporters and my employers. This is a much needed rest for me as I have really burned the candle at both ends for many years now. On a side note I'd like to thank Zero1 Australia for taking such good care of me so far away from home. I could have really found myself in a very bad spot had it not been for the outstanding professionalism of these wonderful people, something I will never forget. A lot of people in our industry could really learn a lot from this classy group...they proved to me that I'm not just a piece of meat, I am family and I am being treated as such. I had surgery and have been on holiday resting since last Monday...I return to beautiful sunny California on Thursday the 18th and I am ready to be home and continue in my recovery. So until then my friends...Please Continue To Support the Sport Of Professional Wrestling and Your Favorite Villain...

***ZERO1 USA NEWS*** MATCH CHANGE, UNIFIED WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IS ON THE LINE 6/23

With the release of the Unified World Champion's shocking video last night, one thing is clear, Ryan Castellucci has gotten the Almighty Sheik's attention.

The Almighty Sheik rarely speaks; choosing to let his actions speak louder than words. When he does choose to convey his thoughts peacefully, he uses underlings to speak his mind to those he considers "infidels".. yet he has chosen to speak to Ryan Castellucci.

 Castellucci has angered the Beast from the Middle East to a point he rarely gets too. In fact, apparently, it appears that the Sheik has decided to teach a lesson to Castellucci and the world why he is the Champion. He has decided to put his belt on the line against the young upstart from New Jersey June 23 at "STRENGTH & HONOR"; promising that at the end of this match, Castellucci will be leaving not with the Unified Championship, but on a stretcher.

This is shaping up to be both the biggest match in Ryan Castellucci's career, as well as the biggest match to date in Z1USA PPW.

 Ryan Castellucci is a true man of the people. He is the epitome of "nice guy". He says "please & thank you", walks old ladies across the street, served his country proudly as a United States Marine; the kid from New Jersey is a true, blue, bacon cheeseburger, french fry's and shake eating, gun toting, flag waving American. He may only be a few years in the sport, but he has had his run around the block in and out of the ring. Most likely, he will take this challenge full speed ahead, given his track record. He has been on a roll as of late; winning matches all across the United States. The only thing that has eluded him is a championship run. Could he possibly be the guy to take the strap off of the Almighty Sheik??

 As of yet, no comment has come in from the Atlantic City All Star, and despite his claims of just getting into bar fights for training; he has been seen everyday training at the Burning Heart Dojo facility in Mesa, AZ.This was before the announcement of the Sheik switching the match from a non title to a title match; so one would assume he will now be training even harder for this match.
