Well, a doctor finally brought up my weight as we were talking about ttc/PCOS. I knew it was bound to happen eventually, especially considering most my clothes are uncomfortable for me at the moment.
Buuuuut I still have no idea how to go about losing weight with PCOS and hypothyroidism. Yes, I need to eat better and exercise more, but actual weight loss? That doesn't really happen for me on purpose. All the things that are recommended for PCOS weight loss are inconsequential (and sometimes completely impossible) for hypothyroidism.
Regardless, after 4 years of trying, I finally have a referral for an RE. Insurance will kick in next week, and then I get to figure out which doctor to start seeing.
It's go time.
