My goal for the summer was to get medicated so next semester isn't like the last and also just to make my life stop being miserable

Okay so how do we actually do that .

#almost july #still not sure where to even start or half what my goal is #i know i just wanna be medicated for the adhd. the rest of my demons are chilling for now #but do i wanna get therapy? thats scary but i probably need it. but is my insurance gonna cover it?#is my insurance even gonna cover the psychiatric visit and the adhd meds in the first place? how do i know if it will #do i have to go through this gruelling process and just hope that at the end they dont say “insurance wont cover this btw :)”#and then either have to back out or become yet another expense that i cant make up for in my family because i dont have a job #this is not looking great guys
