Last day for this yoga challenge! This has been a fun challenge and I am grateful for the positivity received from a great community. I’m so happy to have jumped back into my yoga account and to be participating in these yoga challenges. To some, posting these pics may be silly or flashy, but I find that it gives me accountability and helps me to show up on my mat for a practice (even if it’s short and “gentle”) before I get into these poses and post the IG pictures. It is also lovely to be a part of this community, and receive supportive messages to help reinforce this continuing practice (even if it speaks more to the “ego”). Yoga is beautiful and special, not for the cool and tricky poses— but for the centering, alignment, and development of the true Self. At least it is for me.
