The Muckrake and Exemplar Danklook most likely aren't that friendly to eachother, let alone Moirails, and are probably Antagonistic to eachother. Besides being "Pawpurrazzi", to Muckrake is to expose dark secrets on someone through Journalism, and it was emphasized that Exemplar Danklook has a lot of of those (Heir of Void, aka an Embodiment of Secrets). It's most likely that Exemplar Danklook and The Rankmaid have a secret affair that The Muckrake finds dirt on, and at least planned on exposing. Nepeta was also frankly critical of the strange injustices of Hemocasting/Hemoism on Alternia, and likely did the same on Beforus as The Muckrake
