Look I know it dosent make sense because padme got preggo but like anakin always struck me as an omega and padme as an alpha. Or like an omega but with a lot of alpha tendencies??? Idk how can we make this work??

I totally agree. I headcanon Padmé to be an alpha and Anakin to be an omega, though he’s unable to carry children. They’re both disappointed that they can’t have children but they’ve talked about adopting when the war is over and it’s safe.

Maybe, instead of her knotting him for once, they decide to switch things around and she rides him until they both come and they’re exhausted. The Force plays a little part in Padmé’s pregnancy since alphas aren’t supposed to get pregnant but the two are such strong mates and literal soulmates across the stars that they’re able to conceive this way. They wanted a child so badly that the Force has helped them...and given them two.

A while ago i shared a wip for a/b/o anidala fic with omega anakin and alpha padme...I'm making big changes to it now. Good changes. Bc I found out about the planet Pamarthe, and Pamarthens have a reputation for being great pilots. The perfect set up for another alpha woman to take interest in anakin and padme has to repress her flaring jealousy, but oh no, turns out she struggling with that bc her rut was due soon. And seeing this other woman trying to gun after her mate sets it off early. Anakin finds seeing padme get so worked up that it sends her into an early rut hot af tho bc rare is it that padme expresses how much of a freak she is for him outwardly and around others.

And I already have a sequel planned where anakin goes into heat unexpectedly on padmes personal ship which is how his robe got there (reference to the tcw episode where jar jar is on her ship and opens a closet where his coat is hanging). Padme keeps it for his scent ofc huehue.

A lil' teaser of the A/B/O AniDala fic I've been working on with top!alpha!Padme and bottom!omega!Anakin :3c

Might change the name of the random sentient I made up to make Padme jealous but idk. let me know what you think (the planet and species Lellish is all from SW, just the character isn't).

Once both feet were on level ground, Anakin had, politely, retreated from the Lellish’s sudden touch. He shared a glance with her as they walked ahead to follow their host and the rest of the entourage. Strange, sure, but nothing to make a scene over. They moved on. She moved on. 

As chaperone, the Lellish guided the two to their rooms,  who introduced themselves as Prádola along the way, while their host had to unexpectedly take leave. Perfectly polite behavior. If they didn't walk in time right between her and Anakin with plenty of space between them and herself, but perhaps barely a palm's width between them and Anakin. 

Padmé muffled a scoff with her drink at the memory, blowing little ripples across the surface. The flavor sat heavy on her tongue, much too heavy to be served with the silly assortment of appetizers carried on dishes by wait staff that barely came around…in her opinion.

She let her shoulders slump a bit with a held-back sigh. Seemed like every little thing chafed at her mood. She really was trying not to let her personal feelings carry over into the night and disturb her ability for diplomacy, but when she thought herself collected her searching eye would find Anakin, fixed to whatever spot the cameras weren’t focused on, Prádola fixed to his side, and she'd get herself all worked up again. At the moment she was stuck standing in a circle of Republic ambassadors while Prádola tried to monopolize her husband’s attention. 

A waiter with a tray of flat, crispy green squares topped with a dark paste walked by. Prádola turned around to pick a couple up and Anakin found her across the room and gave her an enthusiastic wave. He jerked his thumb at Prádola and rolled his eyes. 

This time she took a drink to hide her smile, but the slight crinkle of the corner of her eyes sparkled with amusement nonetheless. 

Prádola had turned back around and taken her love’s attention off her once more, however. She watched as they handed Anakin the finger food, then tried not to snort into her glass when he took a bite and an eruption of flakey crumbs fluttered to the floor and stuck to his clothes. He finished the rest of it in one bite to prevent any more crumb messes. He held his hands aloft, looking for something to wipe his oily, pastry flaked fingers with. Oh, and of course Prádola had a napkin ready. She narrowed her eyes. Ugh. How unflatteringly keen. 

If she paid any attention to the conversation around her she might have missed what happened next, but right then she clearly saw Prádola grab Anakin’s prosthetic arm by the wrist in a move to wipe it clean for him. An uncontrolled growl scratched the lining of her throat before she saw Anakin jerk his hand back, clearly offended.

Surprised by her sudden loss of composure and manners, she quickly tried to pass it off as a cough. 

“Are you alright Miss Amidala?” One of the ambassadors asked. 

“Yes- ahem- I’m alright. Just-,” She lifted her glass, “went down the wrong way.” She gestured for the conversation to continue. “Please, don’t mind me.”

She paid attention then, torn between suppressing more tactless behavior by avoiding whatever was now happening across the ballroom or verifying Anakin wasn’t about to give Prádola a prosthetic arm of their own. She couldn’t help her eyes flitting over, just to peek, and saw Anakin striding her way. Behind him Prádola looked rejected, but whole, so she flicked her gaze back to the circle of ambassadors.

When she looked, Anakin’s expression had been knotted into the familiar shapes of indignation, but she missed them rearrange into something puzzled, then troubled, as the distance between them shrank. 

She turned her head as she felt Anakin step to her side, just a tad behind her shoulder. 

“Hey,” Hand covering the movement of his lips he spoke low and fast. “I think we should go back to our rooms.” 

“What? Why?” she asked, surprised and skeptical, matching his volume.

Anakin leaned in closer, spoke even lower. “It’s…your scent. I don’t think others can tell at the moment, but this near you it smells like- like your rut.” 

“Really? Are you sure?” She lifted her hand to feel her scent patch. Maybe the adhesive was peeling?

“Yeah, pretty sure.” He leveled her with a look. “I’m familiar.”
